Enter or View/Edit Planned Purchases
After the district user logs into the FIMWeb site, he or she will be greeted by the main menu page. This page allows the user to select from the main menu options.

Enter Planned Purchases for Your District:
This button takes the user to the abbreviated adoption schedule for school years. This screen is provided for reference only, and lists the subject areas that contain newly adopted materials for the current and previous school years.
View or Edit Planned Purchases for Your District:
This button takes the user to a summary page which lists and allows editing of all planned purchases that have been entered for the user's district to date.
FIMWEB Reports of Planned Purchases for all Districts:
This button takes the user to a reporting main menu similar to the menu below. The user can view planned purchases for all districts.
This page will allow the district user to choose the subject and grade level of the planned purchases to be entered.

Adoption Year:
The "Year" drop down menu allows the user to choose the adoption year for which they would like to enter planned purchases.
Subject Area:
The "Subject Area" drop down menu allows the user to choose the subject for which they would like to enter planned purchases.
Course:
The "Course" drop down menu allows the user to choose the course for which they would like to enter planned purchases.
Publisher:
The "Publisher" drop down menu allows the user to choose the publisher of the planned purchases.
Program:
The "Program" drop down menu allows the user to choose the publisher's program for the planned purchases.
Next:
This button takes the user to the second data entry page and allows the entry of planned purchase amounts for adopted and non-adopted instructional materials.

Adopted Titles
This page allows the district user to enter the adopted planned purchases for the subjec, grade level and course chosen in the first page of the data entry wizard.


Publisher and Program:
Please select a publisher from the drop down menu titled "Publisher". This will refresh the page. Next, select the program from the
drop down menu titled "Program".
No. of Planned Purchases:
There are two columns to enter/edit planned purchases. The first of the two columns is to enter planned purchases for the current year and the second column is to enter planned
purchases for the next year.
Reset:
This button will reset all the fields to the orginal values that were present when the page loaded.
Non-Adopted Titles

Adding nonadopted purchases:
The user enters a publisher, title and planned purchases for the current and next year. The "Add" button becomes active ONLY after this information has been entered.
Editing nonadopted purchases:
Click on the link "Edit" next to the record that requires modifications. The details of the record appear in the text areas. Click on the "Update" button after making changes. The "Update" button becomes active ONLY when you are editing records.
Saving nonadopted purchases:
Click on the button "Save Planned Purchases" to save planned purchases. All modifications and additions will be saved ONLY after clicking on this button.Optional Narrative Explanation:
This space offers the user the ability to enter an explanation for the purchase of non-adopted materials. THIS IS AN OPTIONAL FIELD.
