Modifying Planned Purchases


To modify planned purchase amounts or optional narrative explanations, do one of the following:

  1. Login to FIMWeb, navigate to the first data entry page, choose the subject and grade level for the purchase amount you would like to modify and click the submit button. The second data entry page will display the planned purchase amounts that have been entered to date for the subject and grade combination selected.

  2. View all the planned purchases for your particular district by navigating to the FIMWeb main menu page and choosing "View or Edit Planned Purchases." Click the link for the subject and grade level you wish to modify.

  3. Navigate to the "Subject/Grade Level Summary" page and click the "View All Subjects" button. Click the link for the subject and grade level you would like to modify on the "District Summary" page.

  4. Choose the "Edit This Subject" button on the "Subject/Grade Level Summary" page.
